Ingredients

6 cup Cooked black beans, rinsed (you can use canned beans too)
1 cup Milk of your choice (almond, goat, hemp…)
4 whole Eggs (vegan option; 15ml flax meal mixed with 40ml water)
150 gram Coconut sugar
50 milliliter Maple syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoon Reishi mushroom powder
3 tablespoon Coconut butter, melted
1 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
2 tablespoon Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1/2 cup Cocoa nibs
1 cup Cocoa chips

 

Instructions

• Add all ingredients except nibs and chips into blender or food processor
Blend on high until smooth
Add nibs and chips
Pour into baking pans lined with parchment paper
Bake at 375F for approx 45min, until stiff in centre
Let cool, then cut
Garnish with shredded coconut and berries
