Ingredients

200 gram Buckwheat flour
150 gram Sprouted spelt flour
75 gram Flax seed, ground
35 milliliter Grape seed oil
1 teaspoon Sea salt
220 milliliter Water
Caraway seeds
Coarse sea salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in kitchen aid mixer using paddle, except caraway seeds and coarse salt
Mix until dough forms
Transfer to rolling board
Divide dough into 2 portions
Kneed the dough until soft and holds together
Roll out the dough slightly
Transfer to sheet lined with parchment paper, each dough for 1 sheet
Continue rolling out dough onto sheet until dough is about 3-4mm thick
Sprinkle with caraway seeds and coarse salt, also brush with extra grape seed oil
Roll it into cracker
Bake in convention oven at 325F for 20-30min or until crisp
