This is a private evening of wildcrafted dinner and live music. Singer-Artist Trisha Spire & Nature’s Chef Tom Kral are offering their love for cultural music and wildfoods. This is a night to open your heart to all the little things. To be nourished by nature, to connect with food and our community. Food & sounds are our primal being, let it strengthen our existence. Feast to be local, wild, organic, ethical, sprouted, activated, fermented, gluten free and of coarse made with love! Menu will be posted closer to event, food served family style so we cover all dietary preferences from vegan to paleo. Crafted beverages included, wild-fermented and wild teas.

A little about your hosts;
Nature’s Chef, Tom Kral Over 20 years of professional cooking experience and a bloodline of cooks has evolved Tom Kral into Nature’s Chef. From a child growing up in a European deli and spending time at the family cottage, camping and foraging played a important role of his life that developed a deep connection with nature. Following his passion for cooking it led him down a path of being trained by some of the worlds best chefs, then to owner of a renowned restaurant and catering business in Toronto, ON. After a chef burn out and a awakening he finally came to settle in supernatural BC because of the irresistible call for the wild. His passion for putting medicine back into our food quickly grew into a whole new genre of dining experience, which he delivers to others through edutainment.
Trisha Spire as a Sound Healer Trisha is attuned to Master Level Reiki, and has been consciously developing energy work capabilities since childhood. With 7 large crystal bowls, voice, and skills she has developed while being raised under the wings of her mother who is a Hypnotherapist, she guides you on a vibrational journey for wholesome integration of healing of your body on a cellular level and bodies on energetic levels. Song has been her greatest means of connecting with source over the course of her lifetime, and she’s studied voice for 22 years. She is honoured to contribute her greatest passions for the well being of her community, may our love ripple to serve the whole.
