Tom Kral is the owner of Nature’s Chef – Private holistic chef offering delicious foraged foods for retreats, community events, dinner parties, and workshops. Vancouver Island is very bountiful, and his passion was drawn into wild food foraging, where he could enjoy the adventure of plant hunting. The west coast offers diverse regions for wild foods, from coastal sea vegetables to forest mushrooms, berries and herbs in field meadows.
His passion if now focused on longevity, and life free of illness and disease. His mission is to awaken others through culinary delights. He is evolving from a chef; he’s not just cooking but cultivating and foraging from all that nature can provide.
