Tom Kral

Since the beginning of time, our human evolution has developed from pure sound vibration and wild foods. Join us for a magical experience of dinner and sacred sounds within a tipi on sacred land as we journey through the senses.

Nature’s Chef, Tom Krall, will create a local-wild-holistic feast. This meal will be plant-based, gluten-free with a wild seafood and sourdough option. After dinner, to soothe our digestion, sound healing practitioner, Astaria, Light of Sound, will lead us through a magical Harmonic Sound Journey.

Music and sound have the unique ability to cultivate a sense of love, peacefulness, and clarity throughout every cell in the body, whilst bringing one into alignment with truth, higher consciousness, and connection with the Divine. Sound Vibration allows the body to entrain to a higher frequency, creating space for self-healing, heightened awareness, and remembrance of one’s truest form.

**We are hoping that the fire ban will be lifted by now so that Tom can cook over a fire in the tipi. 🙂

– water bottle
– yoga mat or mattress
– blanket
– pillow or cushion
– warm clothes
– eye mask (optional)
– friends & family
– optional: sacred items that you want to share or get charged up by the vibrations

Keep in mind this is a semi-outside event, please prepare yourself so you have a comfortable experience. (ie. your body temperature will decrease when lying still for the sound journey, so bring warm layers.)

* Parking is recommended on Ella Road: you can pull to the right of the forest edge then walk down our driveway. The address, 7239/7237, marked on driftwood signage is quite visible, but in case you miss it, it’s the 5th driveway down Ella Road to the left. Stay to the right of the house and you will see a trail behind the trampoline that leads to the tipi. Come in and make yourself a nest.

For those of you without a vehicle, feel free to post on the event page that you are seeking to carpool. Or bussing is also an option, as the location is on the Sooke bus route. Only a 5min walk!

Preregistration is Required. Ticket value of $55 will give you access to this magical experience.
To reserve your seat, click the ticket link below to check out through PayPal or message Tom if you prefer other payment option. There is limited space for this intimate and unique offering, so be sure to register early if you are feeling called to join us.

Nature’s Chef:
Over 20 years of professional cooking experience and a bloodline of cooks has evolved Tom Kral into Nature’s Chef. From a child growing up in a family run deli to former owner and executive chef of a renowned restaurant and catering in Toronto, ON., he finally came to settle in supernatural BC because of the irresistible call for the wild. His passion for putting medicine back into our food quickly grew into a whole new genre of dining experience which he delivers to others through edutainment.
