“In wildness is the preservation of the world”
Henry David Thoreau
Let us practise ancient arts, share sacred knowledge, and eat nourishing foods from the land! Join Nature’s Chef Tom & Dante at Greenman Adventures for a primal dining experience around the elements of fire, water, air and earth.
This is an immersive event that will get your hands and hearts involved as well as your hungry mouths and bellies if you are willing to help and learn. Watch your foods being plucked, processed and prepared, bringing direct connection to your meal.
What to expect;
- Wildcrafted cuisine
- Wild edibles, what’s out there to eat
- Cooking with fire and hot rocks
- Processing and preparing wildfoods
- Preserving and fermenting wildfoods
- Primitive brews
- Medicinal teas
Join us in a sacred tipi, a place without white tablecloths, industrial kitchen sterility and regulation, foods free from modification. Ingredients are gathered from ethical hunting, fishing, foraged and cultivated sources. Seating is grounded and you may even eat without the use of utensils. Bare in mind this may not be for the tame of heart.
If the wild is calling you we encourage you to come out and join the culinary adventure. Our love for sharing local foods and sacred knowledge builds strong community, as well. Family, kids, drums and other instruments are welcome.
To make your reservation donate through the ticket link below via PayPal or message the chef if you prefer different option. Suggested $30 covers your nourishment.
If you have something to contribute we are open to trade. Items like wild game, wild fish, wildfoods, homegrown foods, ferments.

Dante Chicano, Greenman Adventure’s
Dante has been on the rewilding path since tasting the first gulp of real air in the countryside in an otherwise smoggy landscape of an industrial town. He has followed the wild calling westward for the last 25 years, dwelling in nature, downloading messages directly from the source. After a period of over ten years, he decided it was time to bring his learning directly to the people: Elemental medicine, plant and animal knowledge, spirit guides and soul philosophy communicated to him are now shared lessons & teachings for everyone who has the ears to hear and the heart to receive.
