Ingredients

2-3 clove Garlic
100 milliliter Nutritional yeast, plus a extra sprinkle
100 milliliter Hemp hearts
50 milliliter Cider vinegar, raw
50 milliliter Water, spring/filtered
50 milliliter EV Olive oil
1 teaspoon Sea salt
Black pepper, fresh crush

Instructions

Add all ingredients except olive oil and pepper to high speed blender;
Blend on high for 30sec or until creamy;
Slow speed to medium then slowly drizzle olive oil until emulsified;
Add batter, pepper and additional nutritional yeast to the greens
Massage and make love to your greens Eg. kale, zucchini, nettle, maple blossoms…
Spread evenly across dehydrator trays
Dehydrate at 145F for one hour
Reduce heat to 110F, dry for another 10hrs or until crispy
