Ingredients
3.5 liter Water, spring or filtered
300 gram Organic cane sugar
10 gram Black tea leaves
10 gram Green tea leaves
2 cup Kombucha tea with the mother (store bought), or scoby
Instructions
Sterilize utensils
Bring water to 180F
Add tea leaves, steep for 5 minutes
Strain tea
Add sugar, stir to dissolve sugar
Let cool to room temperature
Place in large glass container
Add scoby or Kombucha tea mother
Place cloth on top, secure with elastic band
Store in warm dark undisturbed area
Let ferment for approx 5 weeks
Add scoby to new tea batch to repeat the process
