Ingredients

1 1/4 cup flour of your choice (quinoa, wheat, oat, GF blend… I fresh mill 1 cup quinoa in my vita mix)
1 cup milk of your choice (goat, almond, coconut)
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Sugar of your choice (coconut, cane, maple syrup)
1 tablespoon Oil of your choice (sunflower, grape seed…something neutral and liquid)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 pinch Sea salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
Coconut oil

 

Instructions

Mix together ingredients, except coconut oil
• Let rest for 5min
Pan fry in coconut oil
