Chautauqua Cascadia Spring 2022 ~ Pilgrimage
The Journey home is at hand…
As the Fellowship at the Elemental Collective grows roots and welcomes pilgrims from all corners of the Earth, we remember to return Home to our own pilgrimage, to that which is Holy and True. Our Mission of Land Stewardship, Community Service and Creative Mentoring honours the Spirit of this Chautauqua in preparing for our pilgrimage to the New Earth and New Horizons…
There and back again.
We have been in this Chautauqua pilgrimage for 3 years now and despite the madness of the past few years, we have stayed the course and our compass is still pointing at True North Strong and Free.
As we gather again to celebrate through community on this land we call ‘Shire by the Sea’ we call on you to share the journey with us.
Help us co-create a living Earth where we human beings once again live in harmony and co-create a better world for ourselves and our children.
Our New Hope begins here, at the ‘Shire by the Sea’ where we have been growing and building an oasis in an increasingly mad world.

Here’s a glimpse of our past Chautauqua that was produced by Adiya Madeleina. Watch on Youtube
Every Place has its song. Every Face has a story
written within every hair, pore and wrinkle.
The eyes become clearer…awakening to the Dawn.
Imagine resuscitating Soul’s breath and breadth within a gathering place that celebrates the sanctity of our beloved Home Place and a Fellowship of Guardians, Artists, Thinkers, Poets and Visionaries come together for a Sacred Purpose: to Save and Restore Land we call ‘Shire by the Sea’.
Imagine rekindling Ancient Knowledge and Creative Culture together within a wild, windswept forest by the Salish Sea, in celebration of our unity and our differences….our Divine Sovereignty.
Imagine reviving a movement, pre-radio, television and internet in a place, where the mists gather and the fish leap, with the conjoined elemental forces of raw Nature and Culture, simultaneously embracing the outreach of our current technological prowess as a Golden Ticket to high adventure.
About your hosts;
Elemental Collective
The Elemental Collective seeks to create a harmonious culture of humans living in attunement with the natural community of plants, animals and elemental powers. Through offering nature education workshops, retreats & culinary events, art, healing, ceremony and celebratory events we strive to inspire further generations of land stewards and community co-operatives by sharing the knowledge needed to sustain and thrive as human beings. Honoring all life forces & fostering a deeper commitment with the Earth, we attend to the interwoven threads of personal, community and bioregional relationships. By forming a Co-operative we are bringing together the diverse gifts, knowledge and experience of our team, the Elemental Guardians, to purchase the land we are living on, in order to bring a much needed alternative project of ‘doing business differently’ than most of the current models that are in crisis. It is a visionary task, and there are countless challenges to surmount, but the steadfast hearts of our fellowship are up for the adventure!

Dante Chicano
Dante has been on the rewilding path since tasting the first gulp of real air in the countryside as a child. He has followed the wild calling westward for the last 25 years, dwelling in nature, downloading messages directly from the source. After a period of over ten years, he decided it was time to bring his learning directly to the people: Elemental medicine, plant and animal knowledge, spirit guides and soul philosophy communicated to him are now shared lessons & teachings for everyone who has the ears to hear and the heart to receive.
Nature’s Chef, Tom Kral
Over 25 years of professional cooking experience and a bloodline of cooks has evolved Tom Kral into Nature’s Chef. From a child growing up in a European deli and spending time at the family cottage, camping and foraging played a important role of his life that developed a deep connection with nature. Following his passion for cooking it led him down a path of being trained by some of the worlds best chefs, then to owner of a renowned restaurant and catering business in Toronto, ON. After a chef burn out and a awakening he finally came to settle in supernatural BC because of the irresistible call for the wild. His passion for putting medicine back into our food quickly grew into a whole new genre of dining experience, which he delivers to others through edutainment.
