It’s time for another dose of dinner and laughs! Join us for yet another amazing wild foraged dinner party nourished by the one and only Nature’s Chef. Following dinner Soren Russow will lead us though a laughter yoga session, if you haven’t taken part in this yet it truly is potent medicine for the times.
A wide range of herbal beverages will be available through our Herbal elixir bar available by donation. Get ready for another fun-filled night of socializing, laughs, music & more. Invite all your friends and loved ones. A limited number of dinner plates are available, however, even if the plates sell out feel free to come by join and hang with us.

Laughter Yoga is accepting donations, suggested $10-20. You will be able to participate regardless if you’ve made a donation.
About
Nature’s Chef, Tom Kral
Over 25 years of professional cooking experience and a bloodline of cooks has evolved Tom Kral into Nature’s Chef. From a child growing up in a Czech deli and spending time camping and foraging in rural Ontario, he developed a deep connection with nature. After being trained by some of the worlds best chefs and owning a renowned restaurant and catering business in Toronto, a chef burn out led to a spiritual awakening and finally to settling in BC. With his passion for connecting people back into nature and putting medicine back into our food, he now stewards land in Sooke with his family, and offers a wide range of wild & unique culinary experiences, foraging workshops and community gatherings.
