Wildcrafted Dinner & Music

Nature’s Chef Tom Kral and Songstress Trisha Spire combine their gifts for an elegant evening of wildcrafted foods and music of the heart strings on Salt Spring Island at the Sanctuary on Walkers Hook.

Our menu for the evening will be of freshly gathered local-wild-organic ingredients, sprouted, activated, fermented, gluten free and of coarse made with love! Menu will be posted closer to event. Food served tapa style so we cover all dietary preferences from vegan to paleo. Crafted beverages include wild-fermented and wild teas. If you have allergies or any other dietary concerns please message the chef.

A little about your hosts;

Nature’s Chef Tom Kral Over 20 years of professional cooking experience and a bloodline of cooks has evolved Tom Kral into Nature’s Chef. From a child growing up in a European deli and spending time at the family cottage, camping and foraging played a important role of his life that developed a deep connection with nature. Following his passion for cooking it led him down a path of being trained by some of the worlds best chefs, then to owner of a renowned restaurant and catering business in Toronto, ON. After a chef burn out and a awakening he finally came to settle in supernatural BC because of the irresistible call for the wild. His passion for putting medicine back into our food quickly grew into a whole new genre of dining experience, which he delivers to others through edutainment.

Trisha Spire as a Sound Healer Trisha is attuned to Master Level Reiki, and has been consciously developing energy work capabilities since childhood. With 7 large crystal bowls, voice, and skills she has developed while being raised under the wings of her mother who is a Hypnotherapist, she guides you on a vibrational journey for wholesome integration of healing of your body on a cellular level and bodies on energetic levels. Song has been her greatest means of connecting with source over the course of her lifetime, and she’s studied voice for 22 years. She is honoured to contribute her greatest passions for the well being of her community, may our love ripple to serve the whole.
